Last year before I tied the knot with my high school soulmate in Taiwan, we were treated for some delicious food at Elite Food & Bar:
It is one of the restaurants in Taiwan that brands the “slow living, slow eating” concept. The point, of course, is not to do everything slowly, but rather take the approach of enjoy and savour what the life has to offer. To honour that idea, we patiently finish our meal in a timely and elegant manner, in a time of two and half hours. The inside is relaxing and welcoming, and you can actually see through the other side of the building:
