Yesterday was Sunday, and with another picture-perfect sunny day, we went to my sister’s parents-in-law place to have the famous Fried Toast:
They say it is easy to make, and it is indeed not difficult. Beaten eggs, two slices of toast with coconut spread, soak the toast in the eggs, then fry them until golden. Meanwhile, grandpa is making the too-famous HK-style milk tea:
Now, is this delicous or what?
