Trying to eat healthier ^_^

Lots of greens, tomatoes, cucumber, grilled chicken, and sesame dressing. Feeling great!  Special thanks to my beautiful wife making this.

    I just checked here not long ago and you were still on your walk

    I had a chicken salad two nights ago for dinner, and I was hungry an hour later

      Yes, mostly likely I will be hungry before six, but it’s good to know that I have had my share of greens/veggie/fruit today. See you tomorrow.
