星期六 包餛飩

今天在購物商場內,竟然很巧的遇見了老婆的同事及老公。  閒聊了幾句後,便決定今天去他們家串串門子,順便練練包餛飩的本事。

首先是切薑,切片切細再切碎後,便可倒入在一旁已燒熱了的油,進行煎炸的動作。

依個人喜好,還可以多加其他的食材,我們則是加入了木耳。

還有豬耳朵 – 先把豬耳朵洗淨,再放入鍋中用大火煮開,再用小火慢燉,約半小時後取出,待涼後切成細條即可食用。

加菜 – 香炸蓮藕肉餅

將多的絞肉作為夾心用蓮藕包著,放入以蛋,太白粉,麵粉調製成的裹汁內,並置於鍋內油炸。

約三,四分鐘就可以起鍋了

    I reckon this must be yummy good, Benny. Love the pictures. The unfortunate part, I do not understand the words at all. This is because I am English educated and never took the problem to venture beyond. Other than that, we have very similar roots !!!
