Yes, I admit, the word is not very creative, but it kind of sums up the past few days of Vancouver’s weather. Snow has been falling in Vancouver since last Friday night and well into Monday evening, with between 3 – 10 centimeters in the lower mainland. More snow is recorded in upper elevation.
Every time it snows, I am always reminded how lucky we are in this part of the country, and the snow this time fallsling but not really sticking to the ground, making the roads slushy but without the danger of slippery conditions. Driving in any wintery conditions is sure not fun, but it sure is a lot better than our easternly neighbours in the country.
