Today is the Miracle Treat Day, with all the proceeds from the sales of all the blizzards going to the Children’s Hospital.

It is another sunny day, and we decided to go and take a slow stroll along the Spirit Trail in West Vancouver. To properly fuel ourselves, we picked up this treat:
It’s a DQ Midnight Truffle Blizzard, one of my favourites.
We stopped at the Spirit Trail entrance, and there was this post showing what was in each direction:
It was a perfect day out. Sunny, with a bit of breeze, and the temperature was just right. We both feel very fortunate to be able to live in such a nice place in the world.
There was a stretch where we had to pass underneath a railroad track. The bridge was right above us:
After the small tunnel, it was all beautiful view. First, the Lions Gate Bridge:
