Last Sunday, after going to our first Dim-sum in almost three months, together with family, we headed to Lonsdale Quay Market and tried to feed on the suggested beavertail. No no, it’s not some banned delicacy, but it is a delicious dessert item.
Basically you take a small dough, stretched out to thin proportion and then fry it. Sounds simple enough. However, season it with cinnamon and sugar after frying gives it a very tasty flavour.
The food stand is located in the food court section in the Lonsdale Quay Market, which is full of retail stores in handcrafts, food, seafood, bakery, and flower shops.
