Temper Chocolate & Pastry
Different colours & sizes of chocolate designs are available.
It was quite late when we got there, about 45 min before closing, so the goodies were almost gone.
This is one of my favourites – Passion Fruit cake.
I think this is called Dark Chocolate Gateux.

Chop Steakhouse, Richmond on Saturday
Chop, chop, chop.
This past Saturday, I had a chance to be with my parents and my sisters for a rare old-time family dinner at Chop Steakhouse & Bar in Richmond.
Great atmosphere, and the food was great. I think the last time I dined at a restaurant was about two years ago, a very long time indeed.
I had the Experience dinner set, which came with a choice of two kinds of salad or two kinds of soup, a choice of sides, and a main entrée. I chose the fries and top sirloin, and I had the seafood chowder soup.
Lunch under the September sun
September 26, 2013, four days after the fall equinox. We are treated with a 18-degree sunny day with few clouds in sight. Leaves are still green, though some have already fallen to the ground to introduce the change in season.
Lunch is served.
Potluck & Gift Exchange
The holiday season is upon us once again. It reminds us the importance of family, friends, and sharing.
At work, we have an annual tradition for a Christmas Potluck and Gift Exchange. We get to enjoy great food, talk among colleagues, and immerse in the holiday blessings.
A glass of shiraz is always welcome.
Look at all these presents…
A bit rum chocolate is a must.
Curry Chicken – Yummy
Store-bought brownies
Truffle tree
Pudding
I treasure the moments tremendously especially after the horrific and tragic event unfolded in the US on Friday. I just think we are very luck to have the time to spend with close friends and families.
May there be more peace and less violence on Earth, and among humans.
Granville Island Daytrip
Finally, a Sunday that is free of work. We all went to Granville Island again (see previous posts here, here, and here). We went to the Kids Market, mainly due to the Christmas time and we were also looking for gift ideas.
The inside is festively decorated.
Lots of Christmas trees, snowmen, reindeer. We also went upstairs and found out that there were arcade games and party rooms.
An underview of the Granville Street Bridge.
It was almost lunch time, and we were looking for something to eat when we stumbled upon this, again.
Kaisereck Sausages, Sandwiches & Salads
Putting the caramelized onions and sauerkraut…
I know, I know, you must be expecting the finished products. Well, what can I say, can’t really snapping pictures, eating, and blogging at the same time. I don’t like to eat cold food, so…
Next time perhaps~
